Terms of Use
These are starter terms for the current ClipGo preview, not a finalized legal agreement. The operator must review them before public launch.
Last updated: October 14, 2026. Operator identity, legal jurisdiction, contact details and applicable legal requirements have not yet been confirmed. This page is not legal advice.
1. The service today
ClipGo provides AI-assisted scripts, voiceovers, scene images and browser-based assembly of vertical 9:16 and horizontal 16:9 MP4 videos. Landing-page previews are illustrative, not playable examples of an actual user project.
Availability depends on browser support, device resources and AI provider access. Turkish voice options currently require a compatible ElevenLabs provider plan. A generated result or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
2. Accounts and responsible access
Keep your login information secure and use accurate account information. Do not access another user's projects, circumvent security controls or attempt to bypass generation limits. Email verification is part of registration.
Review required: minimum age, eligibility, account suspension and termination procedures.3. Acceptable use
Use only input material you are entitled to provide. Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, non-consensual impersonation, privacy violations or infringement of another person's intellectual property. Do not represent an AI-generated voice or image as an authentic recording of a real person.
You are responsible for reviewing factual claims and obtaining any permissions required before publishing your content. Platform rules for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube still apply.
4. AI outputs and content rights
AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, non-unique or unsuitable for your intended use. Review narration, captions, images and voiceovers before distributing them. ClipGo does not guarantee audience growth, monetization or legal clearance.
This draft does not grant exclusive ownership or unrestricted commercial rights to generated outputs. Rights can depend on applicable law, your source material and the relevant provider terms.
Review required: input-processing license, output rights and provider-specific commercial-use restrictions.5. Generation limits and fees
The current daily limits are 5 scripts, 5 voiceovers and 40 scene images per signed-in user, resetting by UTC day. Failed provider calls are refunded against these limits. Browser-based video rendering does not count toward them.
No subscription checkout is offered by the current app. AI generation remains dependent on available service credits and provider access; no promise of unlimited or permanently free generation is made.
Review required before introducing paid offers: prices, taxes, cancellation and refund terms.6. Saved projects and downloaded videos
You can reopen saved projects. Final MP4s currently download to your device and are not automatically stored as completed videos in your account. Keep copies of important downloads. There is no finalized retention or deletion policy; see the Privacy Policy.
7. Legal details still to be finalized
Operator identity, applicable law, dispute resolution, warranties, liability limits and notice procedures require jurisdiction-specific legal review. This draft does not replace mandatory consumer rights or establish an unverified jurisdiction.
Contact information is still pending. See Contact / Support for the current status.
