Privacy Policy
This starter policy describes the data used by the current ClipGo preview. It does not promise legal compliance or cover unverified provider practices.
Last updated: October 14, 2026. Operator identity, legal jurisdiction, contact details and applicable legal requirements have not yet been confirmed. This page is not legal advice.
1. Who operates ClipGo
ClipGo is an AI-assisted video creation application. The legal operator and privacy contact have not yet been supplied.
Review required: legal name, business address, privacy contact and applicable jurisdiction.2. Information the application handles
- Account information: email address, a name supplied at registration and authentication information handled by Lovable Cloud.
- Project information: topic, niche, language, duration choice, scripts, narration, selected voice and scene descriptions.
- Generated media: voiceover audio, word-timing information and scene images associated with your projects.
- Daily generation usage counts and technical error information used to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Passwords are handled by the authentication service, not stored as readable project data.
3. Why this information is used
The application uses this information to sign you in, save and reopen your projects, generate requested content, synchronize narration and captions, enforce daily generation limits and investigate technical failures.
Review required: applicable legal bases, consent requirements and a complete inventory of logs and analytics.4. AI processing and hosting
Lovable Cloud provides account, database and file-storage infrastructure. Script and image requests pass through Lovable AI to providers used by the application, currently OpenAI and Google. Narration is sent to ElevenLabs for voice generation. These providers receive the content needed for the requested generation; private project storage does not mean content stays exclusively within ClipGo.
Do not enter confidential information or personal data about other people without an appropriate basis and permission.
Review required: provider agreements, retention and training practices, processing regions, international transfers and a current subprocessor list.5. Project storage and browser video assembly
Saved project records and generated audio and images are access-controlled for the signed-in owner. Temporary file links expire, but their expiration does not delete the underlying files. MP4 assembly currently runs in your browser using the project media; the finished MP4 is downloaded rather than automatically saved to project storage.
Account authentication uses browser storage to retain your session. No advertising-cookie behavior is described here because a complete tracking audit has not been performed.
6. Retention, deletion and your requests
There is no confirmed automatic retention schedule or self-service account deletion flow in the current app. Saved projects and media may remain until removed. Do not assume that signing out or a file link expiring deletes your data.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your data, or object to certain processing. A verified channel and procedure for these requests must be established before public launch. See Contact / Support for the current contact status.
Review required: retention periods, deletion and backup handling, request procedure and response deadlines.7. Security and changes
The app uses authenticated access and owner-scoped project storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. This draft must be reviewed when providers, processing practices or product capabilities change.
Review required: incident notification process, age requirements and policy-change notification procedures.
